Care for All Impact Program

The Care for All Impact Program is a transformative international volunteer experience based in Arusha, Tanzania, focused on compassion, community, and meaningful change. We invite passionate individuals from around the world to help us address pressing challenges, including mental health stigma, substance use disorders, and social vulnerability.

Volunteer Roles

  • Mental Health & Psychosocial Support: Facilitate group therapy sessions, support prevention workshops, and help create safe spaces for open discussions.
  • Community Outreach & Awareness: Participate in community visits, educate youth and women on mental health, and support school-based programs.
  • Women Empowerment: Work with vulnerable groups, including single mothers, to support life skills sessions and empowerment workshops.
  • Media, Documentation & Advocacy: Capture photos and videos, assist with storytelling, and support online awareness campaigns.
  • Capacity Building: Share professional skills, assist in training sessions, and support program development.

Program Structure & Fees

Programs are available from a 4-week Standard Program up to an 8–12 Week Deep Impact Experience.
  • 2–4 weeks: $400 per week
  • 5–7 weeks: $375 per week
  • 8–10 weeks: $350 per week
These fees include airport pickup and drop-off, safe shared or private accommodation, daily meals, program-related local transportation, a local SIM card, and comprehensive orientation and training. Flights, travel and health insurance, and personal expenses are not included. As a bonus experience, volunteers also receive a guided safari trip to a Tanzanian national park (valued at $200 USD), which includes park entry fees, a guided game drive, and visits to cultural heritage sites

Volunteer Requirements

To join the program, volunteers must:
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have an interest in mental health, social work, or community development.
  • Be open-minded, adaptable, and respectful of local culture and community values.
  • Have basic English communication skills.
Note: A relevant background in psychology, health, or social sciences is an advantage but not strictly required.
